customers based in mainland united kingdom (excluding highlands):

when ordering, your goods will be dispatched with Parcelforce and as standard, will take 3-5 working days.

as standard, there will be a flat rate charge of £5.00

when you spend £50 or over, you will be entitled to receive free shipping. you may need to select this option at checkout.

outside of mainland united kingdom (including northern Scotland)

when ordering, your goods will be shipped with royal mail and as standard, though you may have to make provisions for longer delivery times. generally, this is up to 14 days, but it can be circumstantial depending on what service is available at the time. we do not currently ship to outside of the UK.

returns:

in the united kingdom, under the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, it is your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. in order to return goods to us, they must be in an unused, resalable condition. under the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014, you also have a duty to take reasonable care and responsibility whilst the goods are in your possession. your refund will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. you will be issued a full refund for the price of your goods.

if your purchase was made from another site (eg. ‘Amazon’, ’John Lewis’, etc), please use their returns process, as we will not be able to return your order.

it is recommended that you use a tracked service, as if returned goods are not received by our warehouse, we will not be able to refund them. please note, goods are your responsibility until we receive them, therefore, please package them in such a way where they may remain in good condition until then in order to secure your refund.

i’ve received damaged items. what do i do?

if your goods arrive damaged, please let us know within 2 working days. email us at reception@imperialgb.com and we will assist you in arranging a replacement. in the event of goods arriving damaged, a refund will be issued. if you are unable to call us, please get in touch using the ‘contact us’ tab at the top of the website.

for faulty products:

if your goods develop a fault within the first 30 days after receipt, we will issue you with a full refund, in accordance with your legal rights. if you believe that your goods are faulty, please contact us at reception@imperialgb.com in order to arrange the return and replacement of your item.

cancellations:

if you would like to cancel your order, go to ‘my account > orders > (your order) > cancel’. you can request to cancel your order up to 30 minutes after placing it for a full refund. if cancellation is requested after 30 minutes, then cancellation will be subject to approval. if you would like to return your order for a refund after the order has been delivered, you will need to download the returns form above.
